Real Estate Photographer West Palm Beach

Are you a real estate agent? Let me help you sell your homes.

The importance of quality photographs cannot be overstated when selling a home. Professionally created photos can make your listing stand out from the thousands of other listings on the MLS.

A small investment in great real estate pictures can pay huge dividends at closing.

Let's be honest, the majority of real estate images you see on-line are pretty poor. From cell phone images, low quality digital cameras and available room lighting combined with fuzzy snap shots create a very uninspiring presentation of your property and/or listing. In this day and age of slow markets, saturated inventories and bank owned properties high quality images will stand your property out from the others. If you are serious about selling a home, whether you are a real estate agent, a home stager, or a home-owner, then high quality real estate photos are the place to start.

According to a survey of buyers and sellers in the U.S. 86% of the people across the country who purchased a new home in 2010 used the Internet while researching their purchase. These buyers rated photographs as the single most useful tool in their search. Agents say the photos buyers see online are often the first, and sometimes the only, chance you may get to make a good impression. Having your home professionally photographed will showcase its best features and dramatically increase your odds of selling for the highest price and the shortest amount of listing time.

Real Estate Photograhy Pricing

When you research other real estate photographers price packages you will notice they put a time period for their shoots, i.e. 30 minutes to one (1) hour depending on the square footage of the property. Further, they might take 25 to 50 photos. I don't set a specific time for my photo sessions and I usually take well over 100 pictures. This gives me the best possible images to work with during my editing phase. All of my pictures are edited and coded to be used in websites and or as print media. I don't want to be rushed thinking that I only have 30 minutes to get the best possible images to represent your property. Of course, everything is relative depending on the size of your property. Most photographers forget to include the amenities along with the home itself. It's important to photograph outside of the home (i.e. pool, workout facility, front and back views of home, waterfront view, scenic landscape and even twilight photography).

Even vacant listings need to look their best to attract potential buyers. To professionally stage an empty house can cost hundreds of dollars or more, let alone delaying your time to have this listing posted to the MLS.

J Roy Photography can provide virtual staging via computer technology to add furniture and other decor to photos. As you know potential buyers review photos online while searching for their new home. Virtual staging is an economical way to showcase your listing.

Virtual staging helps the potential buyer envision what the home can look like and how each space can be used. It is important to keep it ethical, comments should be made stating that the photograph has been virtually stage in the room is actually vacant or unfurnished. You don't want your potential buyers to be surprised when viewing your unfurnished home.

Adding furniture or pictures or other decorative items is okay, but virtually changing the appearance of the real estate itself is ethically unacceptable. The goal is to show the property in its best light, not in a false light.
